摘要
近年来,液化天然气(LNG)国际贸易逐步进入行业发展的“黄金期”,为中国企业发展LNG国际贸易业务带来了新机遇。深入探究新形势下LNG国际贸易的发展特征,系统梳理了国外大石油公司LNG国际贸易业务发展的战略举措,研究提出了中国能源企业发展LNG国际贸易的策略建议:一是立足中国需求,提升业务定位,坚定不移推进业务发展;二是深度谋划“资源池”建设,增强业务整体实力和抗风险能力;三是积极扩大开放合作,增强市场话语权和影响力,打造贸易共同体。
In recent years, the international trade of LNG has gradually stepped into the “golden period” of the industrial development, which has created new opportunities for the international LNG trade business by Chinese enterprises. By analyzing the development characteristics of the LNG international trade in the new era, the author has systematically streamlined the strategic measures adopted by foreign giant oil companies to develop LNG international trade business. Moreover, the strategic suggestions regarding LNG international trade development by Chinese energy enterprises have been proposed as follows. First, they should upgrade their business positioning and unswervingly seek industrial development based on Chinese demands. Second, they should pursue the development of “resource pool” so as to improve the overall business strength and the capability to resist risks. Third, they should open wider for cooperation and strengthen the weight and influence of market, thus building the community of trade.
