摘要
自2019年获评山东省人工智能教育试点城市以来,青岛市聚焦人工智能教育课程普及,全面布局、快速发力。2020年,青岛市发布《青岛市人工智能教育实施意见》《中小学人工智能课程指导纲要》,在全国率先提出市域层面全面普及人工智能基础教育,形成了区域人工智能教育发展新生态。文章从顶层设计构建体系、统筹建设夯实基础、强化师资提质增效、课程引领同频共振、多元评估评价导向、打造品牌树立标杆等六个方面,系统介绍青岛市推进人工智能教育机制创新实践。主要做法包括:坚持普及、拓展与培优三维并举,打造小初高全学段课程体系;统筹人工智能教育基础设施建设,探索以人为本的人工智能技术路径;成立国际人工智能教育联盟,实践政府、企业、学校新型合作模式,形成了人工智能教育课程全域普及的“青岛方案”。
In 2019,Qingdao was appraised as a pilot city of artificial intelligence education in Shandong province,the focus on the popularization of artificial intelligence education courses,overall layout,and rapid development of power become the core.In2020,Qingdao took the lead in issuing the“opinions on the implementation of artificial intelligence education in Qingdao”and the“guiding outline of artificial intelligence curriculum for primary and secondary schools”,while it was the first county to put forward the basic education of popularizing artificial intelligence at the municipal level that a new ecology of regional artificial intelligence education is formed.This paper introduces the innovative practice of artificial intelligence education mechanism in Qingdao from six aspects including top-level design and construction system,overall construction to consolidate foundation,enhancement of quality and efficiency of teachers,common frequency resonance of curriculum leading,guidance of multi-evaluation and evaluation,and establishment of brand and benchmarking.Qingdao has persisted in popularizing,expanding and cultivating excellence with three dimensions,the implementations including creating a curriculum system for elementary schools,junior high schools and senior high schools,coordinating the construction of AI education infrastructure,exploring artificial intelligence technology paths that put people first,and establishing the international artificial intelligence education alliance.The new cooperation model between government,enterprises and schools has formed the“Qingdao Plan,”which aim is to popularize the artificial intelligence education curriculum.
