摘要
为提高纳米TiO_(2)材料的光催化性能,通过一步水热法在FTO衬底上垂直生长了TiO_(2)纳米棒.实验结果表明:TiO_(2)纳米棒的凸起结构具有较大的电化学比表面积,电荷转移电阻小;作为光电化学电池(photoelectrochemical cell,PEC)光阳极材料,TiO_(2)纳米棒在光源下的自供电光电流密度可达0.373 mA·cm^(-2).增强的光电流归因于其特殊的结构,该结构能有效提高TiO_(2)纳米棒的光生电子-空穴分离效率.
In order to improve its photocatalytic performance,TiO_(2)nanorods are grown vertically on FTO substrate by one-step hydrothermal method.The experimental results show that the prepared TiO_(2)convex structure has large electrochemical specific surface area and low charge transfer resistance.As PEC photoanode,the self supplied photocurrent density of TiO_(2)nanorods under light source can reach 0.373 mA·cm^(-2).The enhanced photocurrent can be attributed to its special structure,which can effectively improve the photogenerated electron hole separation efficiency of TiO_(2)nanorods.
