重视腹腔镜胃袖状切除术严重并发症的防治

Focusing upon the prevention and treatment of severe complications during laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy

减重代谢手术治疗肥胖症及相关代谢性疾病的疗效已得到广泛认可。腹腔镜胃袖状切除术(laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, LSG)由于手术简便、生理结构破坏少、安全性高且疗效明显等优势,近年来成为减重最常用的手术方式。但其同时也存在胃漏、出血、胃食管反流、狭窄与梗阻、反流误吸等严重并发症的可能,重视LSG严重并发症的预防及处理是决定术后疗效的重要部分。充分的术前准备,规范的手术操作,严密的术后监测,多学科协作积极处理是有效防治LSG并发症的保障。

Bariatric metabolic surgery has been widely applied for obesity and related metabolic diseases. Due to its advantages of a definite efficacy with simple operation, minimal damage to physiological structure and high safety, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG) has rapidly become the most popular surgery for weight loss in recent years. However, various serious complications such as gastric leakage, hemorrhage, gastroesophageal reflux, stenosis/obstruction and reflux aspiration of gastric contents cannot be ignored. Correct perioperative managements of LSG complications are vital for favorable outcomes. Adequate preoperative preparations, standardized procedures, strict postoperative monitoring and multidisciplinary collaborations are essential measures.
