无钉合补片腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术的临床应用体会

Experiences of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair with non-stapling mesh

目的 探讨无钉合补片在腹腔镜全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair, TEP)中的临床应用。方法 回顾性分析2013年1月至2021年1月在深圳市人民医院行无钉合补片TEP的506例病人的临床资料,分析该术式的安全性、围手术期恢复情况及近远期疗效。结果 全部病例成功实施TEP,术中出血10~20 mL,术后阴囊血清肿3例,术后3~5 d出院。术后随访4~100个月均无复发,无腹股沟区异物感及麻木感,无慢性疼痛。结论 无钉合补片TEP,技术安全、可靠,切口小,并发症少,手术后住院时间缩短,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of non-stapling mesh in laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair(TEP).Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for 506 patients undergoing TEP without stapling from January 2013 to January 2021.Results All surgical procedures were successfully performed. The volume of intraoperative hemorrhage was 10-20 mL. Three cases of scrotal seroma were operated and smoothly discharged at Day 3-5 days post-operation. There was no recurrence, sensation of foreign body, numbness in inguinal region or chronic pain during a postoperative follow-up period of 4-100 months.Conclusion The technique of TEP without stapling is both safe and reliable with minimal incision, fewer complications and shorter stay of hospitalization. It is worthy of wider clinical applications.
