摘要 现代工程项目建设中,机械设备的使用十分常见,其在缩短工期、满足高难度作业需求等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。为有效提高机械设备使用效率、安全性,防止出现不必要的资金浪费等情况,对机械设备管理工作提出了更高的要求,全生命周期管理理念逐渐开始进入机械设备管理领域。本文首先针对全生命周期理论进行简要分析,其后分别从基础管理、各阶段管理、信息化管理工作的角度出发,探讨了机械设备全生命周期管理方案,最后以斗轮机为例构建了机械设备全生命周期管理系统,以供实践进行参考。 In the construction of modern engineering projects,the use of mechanical equipment is very common,and it plays an inescapable role in shortening the construction period and meeting the needs of difficult operations.In order to effectively improve the efficiency and safety of the use of machinery and equipment,and prevent unnecessary waste of funds,higher requirements have been placed on the management of machinery and equipment,and the concept of full life cycle management has gradually entered the field of machinery and equipment management.This paper first briefly analyzes the theory of the whole life cycle,and then discusses the management scheme of the whole life cycle of mechanical equipment from the perspectives of basic management,management at each stage,and information management.Full life cycle management system for reference in practice.
