三门经济开发区循环化改造成效及对策建议

The Achievements and Countermeasures of the Circular Transformation in Sanmen Economic Development Zone

2022年2月,浙江三门经济开发区顺利通过台州市园区循环化改造试点验收。本文阐述了在空间布局、产业结构、循环产业链、能源资源效率、污染防治、基础设施及管理体制等方面的循环化改造情况,总结了在管理机制、工作举措、创新驱动等方面的经验,并指出了要素保障仍显不足、循环经济关键技术有待加强等问题。基于上述现状、问题,提出了产业转型升级、园区绿色发展、公共科技服务平台建设、高端创新人才招引等方面的建议。

Zhejiang Sanmen Economic Development Zone successfully passed the acceptance of Taizhou park's circular transformation pilot project in February 2022.This paper expounds the circular transformation of the park in terms of spatial layout,industrial structure,circular industrial chain,energy and resource efficiency,park pollution control,infrastructure and park management system,and summarizes experience in management,work measures and innovation drive.This paper points out that the policy insurance is still insufficient,and the key technology of circular economy needs to be strengthened.Based on the above status quo and problems,suggestions on industrial transformation and upgrading,green development of the park,construction of public science and technology service platforms,and recruitment of high-end innovative talents are put forward.
