摘要
本文主要介绍了滨港项目施工二标段在水泥搅拌桩软基处理施工中,针对滨海地区粉砂地质和水中软基处理的特殊环境,通过做好水文地质核查、盐类对结构的侵蚀作用下外掺粉煤灰、选取和制定最优配比和施工参数、优化钻头和喷浆口直径,结合智能辅助监测系统和四搅四喷工艺,并在水位变化较大处和夹杂大量贝壳的特殊地质中减低钻机提升速度提高喷浆量等质量控制措施,保证了水泥搅拌桩的施工质量,整体降低了施工成本,该方法也可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴意义。
This paper mainly introduces the special environment of silt geology and water soft foundation treatment in the construction of cement mixing pile soft foundation in the second bid section of Bingang project.Under the action of erosion,externally mix fly ash,select and formulate the optimal ratio and construction parameters,optimize the diameter of the drill bit and the shotcrete,combine the intelligent auxiliary monitoring system and the four-mixing and four-spraying process,and in places with large changes in water level and a large amount of inclusions In the special geology of the shell,the quality control measures such as reducing the lifting speed of the drilling rig and increasing the shotcrete volume ensure the construction quality of the cement mixing pile and reduce the construction cost as a whole.This method can also provide a certain reference for similar projects.
