动态竞争背景下中国平台企业发展逻辑研究

Research on the Development Logic of Chinese Platform Enterprises under the Background of Dynamic Competition

摘要 在数字化时代,平台经济和电商企业发展如火如荼,中国企业加紧实施创新改革与转型改制。本文基于企业动态竞争理论,选取了五家互联网公司作为样本案例,从用户通用性和架构相似性两方面,对比分析其发展过程中的动态竞争事实,辨析其未来发展前景。研究发现平台型企业终端用户群体较为一致,架构功能多有类似,企业间竞争较为激烈,但都没有实力实现赢者通吃,一般会以价格优势或质量优势实现市场细分。建议此类型企业在功能多而全的基础上,根据用户反馈意见,强化质量把控,为中国平台企业建设与经济高质量发展提供借鉴与启示。 In the digital era,platform economy and e-commerce enterprises are developing in full swing,and Chinese enterprises are stepping up the implementation of innovative reform and transformation.Based on the theory of enterprise dynamic competition,this paper selects five Internet companies as sample cases to make a comparative analysis of the facts of dynamic competition in their development process from two aspects of user universality and architecture similarity,and distinguish their future development prospects.The research finds that platform-type enterprises have relatively consistent end-user groups,similar architecture and functions,and fierce competition among enterprises.However,none of them has the strength to achieve winner-takes-all,and generally achieve market segmentation with price advantage or quality advantage.It is suggested that enterprises of this type should strengthen quality control based on multiple functions and users'feedback,so as to provide reference and inspiration for the construction of Platform enterprises and high-quality economic development in China.
