miR-324在心血管疾病发病机制中的研究进展

摘要 心血管疾病多见于中老年人,具有患病率高、病死率高的特点,严重影响患者预后和生活质量。而微小RNA-324(miR-324)作为一类具有高度保守的非编码RNA,可通过“臂转换”发挥生物学功能,参与细胞代谢、细胞增殖、细胞应激、细胞凋亡等信号通路的调节。近年发现,miR-324在心血管疾病中参与了脂质代谢、氧化应激、炎症、纤维化以及心脏发育等机制的调控。
