润滑脂胶体安定性的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 胶体安定性反映了润滑脂保持结构稳定,防止润滑油从润滑脂中析出的能力。目前多采用分油试验来评定润滑脂的胶体安定性,如压力分油、锥网分油、离心分油及压滤分油等标准方法。润滑脂的胶体安定性主要受到结构组成、制备工艺和储存条件等因素的影响。通过基础油和稠化剂的优化调整,以及结构稳定剂的添加可提高润滑脂的胶体安定性;同时,优化润滑脂的生产工艺,可以改善皂纤维的结构,进而提高其胶体安定性;此外,润滑脂在储存过程中,通过采用小包装、保持表面平整、加强密封、避免粉尘等杂质混入、避免高温和长期储存等措施,可减少分油发生。 Colloidal stability reflects the ability of the grease to maintain structural stability and inhibit oil separation during storage and use.At present,oil separation test is often used to evaluate the colloidal stability of grease,such as pressure method,conical sieve method,centrifugation method,pressure filtration method and other standard methods.The colloidal stability of lubricating grease is mainly affected by structural composition,preparation process and storage conditions,which can be improved by adjusting proportion of base oil and thickener or adding structural stabilizers.At the same time,the structure of soap fiber can be improved by optimizing the production process of grease,and then its colloidal stability can be improved.In addition,in the storage process of grease,the occurrence of oil separation can be reduced by using small packaging,keeping the surface smooth,enhancing the seal,avoiding dust and other impurities,avoiding high temperature or long-term storage.
