高铁轴承是高速铁路列车的关键零部件,直接关系到列车运行安全性和可靠性,国际上铁路发达国家都已形成了比较系统的轴承台架测试体系。介绍了目前国内外现行的相关标准,以及国内外先进的轴承台架测试装备,叙述了各类轴承台架基本结构与工作原理,对现阶段国内铁路机车车辆用轴承的台架试验装备情况及试验方法进行总结与展望。

High-speed rail bearing is the key component of high-speed railway,which is directly related to the safety and reliability of train operation.The countries with developed railway in the world have formed a relatively systematic bearing rig test system.The current relevant standards and advanced bearing rigs test equipment both at home and abroad were introduced,the basic structure and working principle of various bearing rigs were described,and the rigs test equipment and test methods of domestic railway rolling stock bearings at present were summarized and prospected.
