摘要
随着高速列车牵引系统中交流牵引电机轻量化和高集成度的发展,绕组绝缘厚度越来越薄,导致对绝缘材料耐电晕性能的要求越来越高。目前国内高速列车牵引系统中绕组绝缘材料仍然依靠从国外进口高性能聚酰亚胺薄膜,其价格昂贵且进口受限。由于制造工艺等原因导致国产聚酰亚胺薄膜性能与国外相关产品还有明显差距。利用热电化学氧化技术,结合祼铝导线表面Al_(2)O_(3)绝缘层与国产耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜,制备出新型陶瓷倍增耐电晕电磁线,提升了绕组绝缘的耐电晕寿命。
With the development of lightweight and high integration of AC traction motor in high-speed train traction system,the insulation thickness of winding becomes thinner and thinner,which leads to higher requirements on corona resistance of insulation materials.At present,the winding insulation material in the traction system of domestic high-speed trains still relies on imported high-performance polyimide films,which is expensive and limited in import.Due to the manufacturing process and other reasons,the performance of domestic polyimide film is still far behind that of foreign related products.By means of thermo-electrochemical oxidation technology,combined with Al_(2)O_(3)insulating layer on the surface of the electrical bare aluminum wire and domestic corona resistant polyimide film,a new type of ceramic composite insulating electromagnetic wire was prepared,which improved the corona resistant life of winding insulation.
