摘要
为了保障动力集中动车组运行安全、提高运用检修效率,研究了CR200J3型动力集中动车组在新疆线路运行时的轮对旋修周期。在现有车轮材质、踏面类型及运用环境下,统计分析了旋修周期、运行里程与轮径磨耗、轮对不圆顺及同轴轮径差的对应关系。综合考虑经济性、安全性和生产效率,提出动力集中动车组可采用计划性预防修的轮对旋修模式,动力车旋修周期建议控制在15.5万~16万km范围内,拖车及控制车旋修周期可延至32.8万km。
In order to ensure the safe operation of power-centralized EMU and improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance,the wheelset repair cycle of the CR200J3 power-centralized EMU under the operating conditions of the Xinjiang railway was studied.Under the conditions of material,tread shape and operating environment,statistically analyze the corresponding relationgship among repair cycle,running distance,wheel wear,out-of-roundness and diameter difference.Taking economy,safety and production efficiency into account,the power-centralized EMU can adopt the wheelset repair mode of planned preventive maintenance.The wheelset repair cycle of power vehicle is recommended to be controlled within the range of155000 to 160000 km.The wheelset repair cycle of trailers and control vehicle can be extended to 328000 km.
