摘要
根据热处理钢轨U77MnCrH的材质特点,结合U75V钢轨焊接及焊后热处理经验,使用GAAS80/580焊机、ZH600双中频正火机等焊接、热处理设备,采用预热闪光焊、双中频加热、喷风冷却工艺对U77MnCrH钢轨进行焊接和焊后热处理。通过对焊接过程参数、焊后热处理过程中加热、冷却参数的优化,可以得到合适的焊接、焊后热处理参数组合。在参数优化试验的不同阶段,结合落锤试验、金相、硬度检验及能谱成分分析结果,判定参数的适用性。试验结果表明:通过调整焊接和热处理工艺参数,可以获得性能良好的U77MnCrH焊接接头。
According to the material characteristics of U77MnCrH low-alloy heat-treated rails,combined with the previous experience of welding U75V rails and post-weld heat treatment,GAAS80/580 welding machine,ZH600 double intermediate frequency normalizing machine and other equipment were used for welding and post-weld heat treatment of U77MnCrH rail by preheating flash welding process,double intermediate frequency heating and air jet cooling process.By optimizing the welding process parameters,heating and cooling parameters in the post-weld heat treatment process,a suitable combination of welding and post-weld heat treatment parameters were obtained.In different stages of the parameter optimization test,the suitability of the parameters was determined through drop weight test,metallography,hardness inspection and energy spectrum component analysis.The test results show that the welded joints with good performance can be obtained by using appropriate process parameters.
