CRTSⅠ型轨道板抬升对混凝土凸台力学性能影响研究

摘要 为研究轨道板抬升作业前后混凝土限位凸台力学性能的变化,建立CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道结构有限元模型,分析了不同轨道板抬升高度和填充树脂弹性模量对凸台受力变化的影响。结果表明:抬升作业前后的凸台应力分布状态相似,模拟计算的根部拉应力集中区域与实际现场拉裂相符;随着抬升高度的增加,凸台根部拉应力峰值相应增大,最大抬升量不应超过90 mm;降低填充树脂模量的弹性可以有效减小凸台根部被拉坏的可能。 To study the changes in the mechanical properties of the concrete restrict boss after the track slab is lifted,a CRTSⅠslab ballastless track finite element model was established,and the effects of different lift height and elastic modulus of resin layer on the force change of the boss were analyzed.The results show that the stress distribution state of the boss before and after the lifting operation is similar,and the root tensile stress concentration area after the simulation calculation is consistent with the actual on-site cracking.The peak tensile stress at the boss root increases correspondingly with the increase in the lifting height,and the maximum lifting amount should not exceed 90 mm.Reducing the elasticity of the resin layer can effectively reduce the possibility of damage to the boss root.
