连续多波不平顺对CRH5型动车组运行状态的影响

摘要 针对连续多波不平顺引起动车组异常振动的情况,调查了连续多波不平顺的典型特征,分析了连续多波不平顺对CRH5型动车组运行状态的影响,并研究了不平顺幅值与车辆动力学性能之间的关系。结果表明:轨道线路中存在一定范围波长的轨向连续多波不平顺,表现为蛇行光带的钢轨宏观形貌特征;在连续多波不平顺激扰的作用下,CRH5型动车组车体振动加速度显著增大,严重影响了车辆运行的平稳性和旅客乘坐的舒适度。在峰值间隔为10 m的轨向连续多波不平顺激扰作用下,车体振动加速度、平稳性指标和脱轨系数随着不平顺幅值增大而增大,对行车的平稳性和安全性造成不良影响,甚至导致列车脱轨。 For the situation of the abnormal vibration of EMU caused by the continuous multi-wave irregularity,the typical characteristics of continuous multi-wave irregularity were investigated,the influence of continuous multi-wave irregularity on the running state of CRH5 EMU was analyzed,and the relationship between the amplitude of the irregularity and the performance of the vehicle dynamics was studied.The results show that there are continuous multi-wave irregularities within a certain range in the track line,the macro-morphology characteristics of rail are with serpentine light band.Under the influence of continuous multi-wave disturbance,the car body vibration acceleration of CRH5 EMU increases significantly,the smooth running of the vehicle and the comfort of passengers are seriously affected.Under the action of continuous multi-wave disturbance with peak interval of 10 m,the vehicle body vibration acceleration,ride comfort index and derailment coefficient increase with the increasement of amplitude of irregularity,it has a bad effect on the stability and safety of the train,and even results in the derailment of the train.
