山东省农业源大气面源污染防治措施研究

Study on Prevention and Control Measures of Agricultural Non-point Source Air Pollution in Shandong Province

为探求农业源对大气面源污染的影响,以山东省为例,根据各地市源清单数据、二污普数据等,通过对畜禽养殖、农药与化肥施用、秸秆燃烧等重点方面研究,提出农业源对大气环境的污染现状及存在的问题,得出农业对大气面源污染起到重要的影响作用,农业面源污染的研究重点应从对水环境的影响逐步向对大气环境的影响转移,健全环境监测和管控机制,统筹运用资源化利用、污染达标排放、生态治理等多种方法,改善农业对大气环境的污染现状,推进污染防治攻坚战进程,促使山东省大气环境质量进一步提升。

As to explore the effects of agricultural source of atmospheric non-point source pollution,taking Shandong province as an example,according to the data source list around the city,the second pollution data,and so on,by means of livestock and poultry breeding,pesticide and fertilizer,straw burning,such as key aspects of research,put forward agricultural source pollution to the atmospheric environment situation and the existing problems,it is concluded that agricultural non-point source pollution atmosphere to play an important role.Agricultural non-point source pollution research focus should be on the water environment influence gradually shift to influence on atmospheric environment,sound environment monitoring and control mechanism,the overall use of recycling use and pollution emissions standards,methods such as ecological management,improve agricultural pollution status of atmospheric environment,the process of pollution control to be completed,to further enhance the atmospheric environmental quality of shandong province.
