探讨连续性血液净化与间歇性血液透析运用于重症急性肾衰竭中的预后情况

Investigate on the conditions of prognosis of continuous blood purification and intermittent hemodialysis in severe acute renal failure

目的探究分析连续性血液净化与间歇性血液透析运用于重症急性肾衰竭中的预后情况。方法随机选取2019年3月-2020年6月在本院进行治疗的72例重症急性肾衰竭患者,分为对照组以及观察组各36例,给予对照组间歇性血液透析方案,给予观察组连续性血液净化方案,对比分析两组患者治疗后的血清肌酐以及尿素氮情况,以及治疗后的并发症发生情况,观察其治疗效果。结果采用不同方式的血液透析方案中,采用连续性血液净化的观察组中,SCr以及BUN值均优于对照组,同时观察组中治疗后的并发症发生情况低于对照组(P值<0.05)。结论将连续性血液净化运用在重症急性肾衰竭患者中,可明显改善患者的肾脏功能,延缓病情的进展,同时减少并发症的发生,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To explore and analyze the conditions of prognosis of continuous blood purification and intermittent hemodialysis in severe acute renal failure.Methods 72 patients with severe acute renal failure who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,36 cases in each group.Intermittent hemodialysis program was given to the control group,and continuous blood purification program was given to the observation group.The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen of the two groups after treatment were compared and analyzed,as well as the occurrence of complications after treatment,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results In different types of hemodialysis regiments,the SCR and BUN values in the observation group were better than those in the control group with continuous blood purification,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification in patients with severe acute renal failure can significantly improve the patient’s renal function,delay the progress of the disease,and reduce the incidence of complications,with significant clinical application effect.
