摘要:随着时代的进步,我国钢铁行业挑战不断增加,产能过剩、成本附加值高、竞争日益激烈、客户个性化及质量的需求更高,企业为了发展,将发展模式转向差异化竞争模式。同时,随着国内进入5G时代,各种高新技术兴起,智能化机器人、视觉识别系统、预测性维护等为建造智能工厂提供了优质的技术支撑。南钢将建设“JIT+C2M”智能配送工厂来实现精益化、准时化、柔性化智能制造,将即时交付理念与个性化定制理念完美融合,打造独具特色的南钢智慧生命生态圈,根据客户的不同需求提供配送服务,实现供应链全流程协同发展,创造服务新生态,形成行业标准,开启全新钢铁服务新时代。本文主要针对中厚板深加工行业基于“JIT+C2M”模式下建设智能工厂的思路、智能配送工厂架杓、建设方案以及智能配送工厂建设实施技术等方面展开了阐述。并且对智能化工厂建设的核心点及实施过程中可能存在的问题进行探讨。

With the progress of the social development,the challenges in China's iron and steel industry continue to in-crease,including overcapacity,high cost added value,increasingly fierce competition,more personalized and higher quality demand of customers.Thus,the enterprises steer their development model to differentiation competition model for a better development.At the same time,as China enters the 5G era,the rise of a variety of high technologies such as in-elligent robot,visual identification system and predictive maintenance provides high-quality technical support for the construction of itelligent factory.NISCO is planning to construct a“JIT+C2M"intelligent ditribution factory to imple-ment the lean,just-in-time and flexible itelligent manufacturing,which will perfectly integrate the concept of just-in-time delivery and the concept of personalization,to create a life ecosystem with unique characteristics.Distribution serv-ices will be provided to customers as per their different needs,in order to realize the coordinated development of the whole process of supply chain.New ecological services are created,and new industry standards are formed,so as to open a new era of iron and steel service.This paper mainly focuses on the construction of intelligent factory under the mode of“JIT+C2M”in medium and thick plate deep processing industry,itelligent distribution factory architecture,construction scheme and implementation technology of itelligent distribution factory construction.The core point of intel-ligent factory construction and the possible problems during implementation are also discussed.
