Research and Application of Intelligent Charging and Temperature Control System for Re-heating Furnace

加热炉是连接炼钢和轧钢的关键设备。本文结合中厚板卷厂加热炉生产工艺流程特点,通过对板坯.料号采集、尺寸测量方法以及加热炉炉温控制逻辑的研究,探讨了加热炉智能装钢和温控系统的改进方案,提高了加热炉的智能化控制水平。

The re-heating furnace is the key equipment connecting steel-making and steel rolling.Considering the process characteristics of the re-heating furmace in Medium Plate/Coil Steckel Mill,this article proposes the improve-ment plan on the intelligent charging and temperature control system of the re-heating furnace with the research on slab material number,size measurement method and the temperature control logic of the re-heating furmace,which has im-proved the intelligent control level of the re-heating furmace.
