摘要
针对宽厚板板材在轧机流程中转钢动作时需要由操作工自动进行,进而影响轧机节奏以及生产自动.化水平提高的这一问题,提出了采用机器视觉实现板材识别和自动控制转钢的解决办法。通过对现场生产状.况的研究,设计和研发了图像获取、图像分析和数据处理模型,可以进行板材的边缘测量,并设计了自动控制器进行钢板的自动转钢控制。该系统的使用有助于降低工人劳动强度,加快钢板轧制节奏并提升钢厂的自动化管理水平。
Aiming at the problem that the slab turning during the rolling process is performed by operator,which affects the rhythm of the rolling mill and the improvement of the automation level,the solution of machine vision based plate recognition and automatic slab turning is proposed.With research on the field production,the image acquisition,image analysis and data processing models are designed and developed,which can measure the edge of the slab,and the automatic controller is designed to control the automatic turning of the slab.The application of the system will help to reduce the labor intensity,speed up the rolling process and improve the automatic management level of the plant.
