总降集控变电站自动集中授时系统改造

摘要 随着钢铁冶金企业电力系统对集控自动化系统故障判断、处理的分析水平要求越来越高,对大型钢铁冶金联合企业内部配电网统--时基和时序的要求越来越紧迫,配电网及其子配电网具备了精准的授时基准后,不但能够实现配电网内部电力设备在同一时序中的运行监控和故障后的故障判断与分析,还能够借助配电网内部各分网子系统电力设备的调节、动作与调配的逻辑关联关系,找出造成配电网授时系统时序、时基故障的根源,并采取相应的针对性的对策,以提高配电网设备运行与溯源的基础能力。 As the power system of iron and steel metallurgical enterprises has higher requirements for the analysis level of fault judgment and settlement of centralized control automation system,it is getting more urgent to unify the time base and sequence of the internal distribution network of large iron and steel metallurgical complex enterprises.With accurate timing service benchmark,the distribution network and its sub distribution network can not only realize the operation monitoring of power equipment in the distribution network in the same sequence and the fault judgment and analysis,but also can find out the root cause of the timing and time-base fault of the distribution network timing system by means of the logical relation between the adjustment,action and alocation of the power equipment of each sub-system in the dis-tribution network.Corresponding targeted countermeasures may be taken to improve the basic ability of the operation and traceability of the distribution network equipment.
