增加异烟肼用药剂量对结核病初治疗效的影响

Effect of increasing Isoniazid dosage on initial treatment of tuberculosis

目的探讨在结核病初治疗时增加异烟肼用药剂量对临床疗效的影响。方法2018年2月—2020年2月期间于调兵山市疾病预防控制中心就诊的结核病患者中选取60例作为观察对象,按照患者使用异烟肼的剂量进行分组,对照组采取常规用药剂量,研究组增加异烟肼的用药剂量,对比2组患者预后效果。结果研究组患者痰涂片转阴率、痰培养转阴率与对照组相比显著增多,研究组肝功能损伤率与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05),研究组患者临床治疗总有效率与对照组相比明显增多(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者肺功能指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者肺功能指标与对照组相比显著改善(P<0.05)。研究组患者复发率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在结核病初治中增加异烟肼用药剂量效果显著,可提高痰涂片与痰培养转阴率,降低肝功能损伤程度,改善期肺功能,建议推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of increasing the dosage of isoniazid on the clinical effect in the initial treatment of tuberculosis.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,60 cases of tuberculosis patients in our hospital were selected as the experimental subjects.All patients were treated with isoniazid,and were divided into two groups according to the dosage of isoniazid.The control group was treated with conventional treatment and dosage,and the study group was treated with isoniazid on the basis of conventional treatment,The prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the sputum smear negative conversion rate and sputum culture negative conversion rate of the study group were significantly increased,and the liver function injury rate of the study group was significantly decreased,P<0.05;The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the lung function indexes of the study group were significantly improved compared with the control group,P<0.05;The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of increasing the dosage of isoniazid in the initial treatment of tuberculosis is significant,which can improve the negative conversion rate of sputum smear and sputum culture,reduce the degree of liver function damage,and improve the lung function in the early stage.
