摘要
目的探讨不同就寝时间对职校护生疼痛评分及情绪调节的影响及其相关性。方法对400名职校护生的就寝时间和情绪调节策略进行调查,分为<23:00、23:00~24:00、>24:003组。用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行采血疼痛评分,比较不同就寝时间各组之间的差异,并进行相关性分析。结果各组疼痛程度(P<0.05)、VAS评分(P<0.05)和情绪调节中认知重评维度评分(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义,其中就寝时间>24:00的护生VAS评分明显高于<23:00的护生(P<0.05),而认知重评维度评分明显减低(P<0.05)。护生就寝时间与VAS评分有正相关性,与认知重评维度有负相关性;VAS评分与表达抑制维度呈正相关。结论职校护生就寝时间延后可影响其疼痛评分,并使其情绪调节策略趋向负面,因此需要采取有效措施以改善护生的睡眠状况。
Objective To explore the effect of different bedtimes on pain scores and emotion regulation of nursing students and its correlations.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 nursing students in vocational school.The different bedtimes and the emotion regulation strategies were investigated,and then the students were divided into three groups(<23:00,23:00~24:00,>24:00).The visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to score pain induced by peripheral blood sampling.The differences between groups were compared and the correlation was analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the pain degrees(P<0.05),VAS scores(P<0.05)and cognitive reappraisal(P<0.05)of nursing students among three groups.The VAS scores of the nursing students with the bedtime>24:00 were significantly increased than those with<23:00(P<0.05),and cognitive reappraisal were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The bedtime was positively correlated with VAS score,but which was negatively correlated with cognitive reappraisal.Moreover,VAS score was positively correlated with expressive suppression.Conclusion Late bedtime can affect the pain score of nursing students and make emotional regulation strategies negatively.We need to take effective measures to improve the sleep conditions of nursing students.
