摘要 以某公司9座煤矿为例,通过采用单轮分组间隔顺序放顶煤新工艺,实现操作简单明了,放煤“见矸就停”,既能有效降低吨煤矸石含量,减少资源浪费,提升回收率,又能减少矸石处理费用,提升煤炭发热量,为矿井带来极大的经济效益,同时,对降低设备耗损率、事故率,预防采空区自燃、改善顶板条件也起到了很好的促进作用,有效保证了煤矿的安全高效生产。 Based on the geological occurrence conditions in the nine coal mines of one company.Application and Study of the top-coal drawing process by monowheel group interval sequence method were applied.Implementation operation is simple and clear,see the gangue then stop.Effectively reduce tons of coal gangue content,reduce waste of resources,improve recycling rate,reduce waste disposal costs,increase coal calorific value,great economic benefits for the mine.At the same time.with a good promotion effect for reduce equipment loss rate and accident rate,prevent goaf spontaneous combustion and improving roof conditions,ensuring the safe production of coal mines.
