摘要
针对某煤矿煤层现状,进行了连续采煤机台阶法掘进工程实践。为成功实现台阶法掘进,利用连续采煤机完成100 m正台阶,然后退机用连续采煤机破碎下部岩石;采用梭车运煤(矸)。从支护空间和时间两方面对顶板进行了分析,说明了连续采煤机一次截割循环进尺6 m的安全性,利用软件对巷道掘进过程进行了数值模拟,结合巷道掘进后对巷道围岩的稳定性进行监测。结果表明,采用连续采煤机进行台阶法掘进,可提高掘进效率。
According to the situation of coal seam,the bench method driving engineering practice of continuous miner is carried out.In order to successfully realize bench method driving,continuous miner is used to complete 100 m of positive steps,and then withdraw the machine to break the rocks;shuttle car is used to transport coal(gangue).Analyze the roof from two aspects of support space and time,and illustrates the safety of continuous miner′s one-time cutting cycle footage of 6 m.Use software to carry out numerical simulation of roadway excavation process,and monitors the stability of roadway surrounding rock after roadway excavation.The results show that continuous miner by bench method driving can improve the tunneling efficiency.
