摘要
以矿用高压磨料水射流切割机为研究对象,介绍了增压式水刀的原理,并运用仿真软件对其进行建模分析,确定了不同参数对水刀切割压力的影响,并分析其与超高压水射流切割技术的不同之处。确定其可以在井下用于对锚索工字钢等材料的切割,也可以用于设备的拆除和井下的安全救援。
Taking the mining high-pressure abrasive water jet cutting machine as the research object,introduce the principle of pressurized water jet,use the simulation software to model and analyze it,determine the influence of different parameters on the cutting pressure of water jet,and analyze the difference between it and ultra-high pressure water jet cutting technology.It is determined that it can be used for cutting anchor cable I-beam and other materials underground,as well as equipment demolition and underground safety rescue.
