朱仙庄煤矿“五含”截流帷幕工程设计与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为治理朱仙庄煤矿五含水害,提出了“帷幕截流,疏干开采”的治理方案。分析了五含水文地质条件,研究了帷幕结构和建造工艺技术。结果表明:(1)五含岩溶发育,接受太奥灰水强补给,不具备直接疏干开采的条件;(2)对于复合介质通过分区分序施工,套管分层隔离,分段下延注浆的方法可以实现帷幕建造;(3)利用地面定向孔组进行深埋岩溶含水层帷幕建造,可以最大程度提高裂隙的钻遇率,从而提高帷幕截流率,同时减小无效进尺,降低治灾成本;(4)通过注浆前后岩芯物理力学性质对比、压水试验和井下放水试验检验,五含渗透性由中等透水改造为极微-微透水,岩体强度和密度增大,孔隙率下降77.5%,帷幕过水量小于40 m^(3)/h,截流率高达98%,内外五含水位差大于350 m。帷幕根治了五含水害,实现了安全回采。 In order to control the "fifth aquifer" hazards in Zhuxianzhuang coal mine, a treatment plan of "curtain closure and drain mining" is proposed. Analyzed the five hydrogeological conditions, studied the curtain structure and construction technology. The results show that:(1)The "fifth aquifer" karstbearing development, receive strong water supply from Taiyuan formation and Ordovician limestone, and not having the conditions for direct drainage and mining;(2)For composite media, the casing is separated by layer and separated by layers. The method of extended grouting can achieve curtain construction;(3)Use the ground directional hole group to construct the curtain of deep-buried karst aquifer, can maximize the penetration rate of the fracture, thereby increasing the curtain interception rate and reducing the invalid footage. Reduce disaster control costs;(4)Comparison of physical and mechanical properties of core before and after grouting, water pressure test and downhole water discharge test, the permeability of the five-contained water is changed from moderate to very slightly permeable, the strength and density of the rock mass are increased, the porosity is reduced by 77.5%,and the water flow rate of the curtain is less than 40 m^(3)/h, the interception rate is as high as 98%, and the difference between the inner and outer five water levels is greater than 350 m. The curtain completely cured the five water hazards and realized safe mining. The "fifth aquifer" hazard problems have been eliminated, and safe mining has been achieved.
