摘要
针对煤矿井下现有取样装置的技术现状,分析了不同结构类型装置的特点和不足。以此为基础,设计出一种剪切关闭和“O”型圈密封结构的双筒密闭取心装置,解决了常规取心装置球阀在剪断煤样和密封保压方面存在的不稳定难题。最后在河南某煤矿的底抽巷开展了穿层孔密闭保压取心试验,共完成试验钻孔5组,最大取样质量1024 g,最小取样质量488 g,且试验过程中取心装置密封性好,实测瓦斯含量6.8~8.2 m^(3)/t,比常规取样测试结果提高10%~15%。
The technical status of the existing sampling apparatus under the coal mine is analyzed,and the characteristics and lack of different structural types are analyzed.Based on this,a binochostatic core device for cutting and"O"type ring sealing structure is designed,and the unstable problem in which conventional core device ball valves are cut in the coal sample and sealed pressure.Finally,in the bottom of the Henan coal mine,wear-laminating holes were launched,and the test drilling is carried out,and the test drilling is completed,and the maximum sample weight is 1024 g,the minimum sample weight is 488 g,and the core device is better during the test process.The gas conten is 6.8-8.2 m^(3)/t,which is 10% to 15% more than the conventional sample test results.
