采煤机液压拉杆断裂失效分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对MG450/1050-WD型薄煤层采煤机液压拉杆频繁出现共振疲劳断裂故障的现象,首先建立采煤机整机动力学模型,分析采煤机整机的振动特性;然后基于虚拟样机技术对采煤机整机简化并进行模态分析,得出采煤机工作过程产生的振动模态频率和模态振型;接着对液压拉杆作模态分析,得出液压拉杆的共振频率,基于共振模态振型提出改进措施;最后对改进后的液压拉杆组件进行模态仿真分析,结果显示其固有频率避开了激振频率,取得了预期效果,提高了液压拉杆的使用寿命。 Aiming at the phenomenon that resonance fatigue fracture frequently occurred in hydraulic tie rod of the MG450/1050-WD thin coal seam shearer,firstly,the dynamic model of the shearer was established to analyze the vibration characteristics of the shearer;secondly,the shearer was simplified based on virtual prototype technology and the modal analysis was carried out to get the vibration mode frequency and modal vibration mode generated during the working process of the shearer;thirdly,the modal analysis of the hydraulic tie rod was carried out to obtains the resonance frequency of the hydraulic tie rod and put forward improvement measures based on the resonance mode vibration.Finally,the modal simulation analysis was carried out on the modified hydraulic tie rod assembly.The result showed that the natural frequency avoids the excitation frequency and achieved the expected effect and improved the service life of the hydraulic pull rod.
