钢球直径对钢球摩擦吸能器吸能性能的影响

摘要 摩擦吸能器用于在凿岩机性能测试时模拟实际的工作环境。采用Recurdyn和EDEM建立了吸能器耦合仿真模型,研究钢球直径对钢球摩擦吸能器吸能效果的影响。结果表明填充球直径通过改变孔隙率影响能量反射率,孔隙率与能量反射率负相关。在给定条件下,球体直径为φ7 mm时具有最低的能量反射率0.267,但此时能量反射率波动较大,填充球直径等于φ6 mm时波动很小,且具有较小的能量反射率0.281为最佳选择。 The friction energy absorber is used to simulate the actual working environment during the performance test of the rock drill.In this paper,Recurdyn and EDEM are used to establish a coupling simulation model of the energy absorber to study the influence of the steel ball diameter on the energy absorption effect of the steel ball friction energy absorber.The results show that the diameter of the filled ball affects the energy reflectivity by changing the porosity,and the porosity is negatively correlated with the energy reflectivity.Under the given conditions,the lowest energy reflectivity of 0.267 when the diameter of the sphere is φ7 mm with a greatly energy reflectivity fluctuation.When the diameter of the filled ball is equal to φ6 mm,the fluctuation is small,and the energy reflectivity is also small with 0.281,and it is regarded as the best choice.
