摘要 综掘工作面普遍采用悬臂式掘进机+桥式转载机的作业工艺,随着掘进后配套形式的日益丰富以及掘进机向非煤行业拓展,传统的作业工艺已不能满足需求。设计开发了一种新型掘进机机载输送系统,本系统可以实现2个方位的调节,满足不同的后配套设备;同时针对系统中的主要受力部件进行强度校核,确保输送系统运行可靠、稳定;最后总结了新型输送系统的几种应用方法,说明本结构具有广泛的适用性。 Boom type roadheader +bridge type conveyor is widely used in fully-mechanized heading face. With the development of various supporting forms after tunneling and the expansion of roadheader to non coal industry, the traditional working technology can not meet the demand. A new type of roadheader airborne conveying system is designed and developed. The system can realize the adjustment of two directions to meet the needs of different supporting equipment;at the same time, the strength of the main stressed parts in the system is checked to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the conveying system;finally, several application methods of the new conveying system are summarized,which shows that the structure has wide applicability.
