摘要
针对矿用带式输送机对于驱动的要求变高,矿用永磁直驱一体机也得到快速发展,永磁直驱一体机核心部件之一永磁电机设计也变得尤其关键。使用Motorcad有限元分析软件对永磁电机进行电磁仿真分析,结合样机试验结果及理论分析,提出了一种具有体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑,效率、功率因数高、转矩大等优点的一体机。
According to inview of the higher requirements for driving of mining belt conveyor,mining permanent magnet direct drive integrated machine has also developed rapidly.The design of permanent magnet motor,one of the core components of permanent magnet direct drive integrated machine,has become particularly critical.The electromagnetic simulation analysis of permanent magnet motor is carried out by using motorcad finite element analysis software.Combined with the prototype test results and theoretical analysis,proposes an all-in-one machine with the advantages of small volume,light weight,compact structure,high efficiency,high power factor and large torque.
