摘要
针对液压锚杆钻机动力头易发生疲劳性失效,无法保证支护作业过程的稳定性和安全性。提出了一种基于ANSYS的液压锚杆钻机动力头分析方法。通过分析液压锚杆钻机动力头的冲击凿岩过程以及受力情况,建立了动力学模型,并以动力头冲击活塞为例,运用ANSYS软件对其模型进行瞬态动力学分析和振动模态分析。结果表明:运用该方法能够对易发生疲劳损坏的危险部位进行预测;验证相关配套零部件的合理性,避免摩擦以及碰撞带来影响,从而降低结构的失效率。
In view of the fatigue failure of the power head of the hydraulic roof bolter,the stability and safety of the support operation process can not be guaranteed.An analysis method of power head of hydraulic anchor drill based on ANSYS is proposed.By analyzing the impact rock drilling process and stress of the power head of hydraulic roof bolter,the dynamic model is established.Taking the impact piston of the power head as an example,the transient dynamic analysis and vibration modal analysis of the model are carried out by using ANSYS software.The results show that this method can be used to predict the dangerous parts prone to fatigue damage;Verify the rationality of relevant supporting parts to avoid the impact of friction and collision,so as to reduce the failure rate of the structure.
