肝胆手术患者术后应用中药包联合生姜外敷的效果

Effect of Chinese Medicine Package Combined with Ginger External Application in the Application of Patients after Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的:分析肝胆手术患者术后应用中药包联合生姜外敷的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年9月松滋市中医医院516例接受肝胆手术治疗的患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组258例。两组入院后均结合其病情开展对症治疗,对照组给予常规干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予中药包联合生姜外敷。对比两组肠功能恢复情况,干预前后症状积分、生活质量,干预后满意度及临床疗效。结果:试验组首次排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组肠鸣音、恶心呕吐、腹胀评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组总满意度、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组生理职能、心理功能、社会功能、精神健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝胆手术患者术后应用中药包联合生姜外敷可以明显提升整体干预效果,促进患者肠功能恢复,且患者满意度更高,症状改善效果更优,因此值得推广普及。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine package combined with ginger external application in the application of patients after hepatobiliary surgery.Method:A total of 516 patients who received hepatobiliary surgery treatment from March 2019 to September 2021 in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Songzi were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 258 cases in each group.After admission,both groups carried out symptomatic treatment in combination with their condition.The control group was given routine intervention,and the experimental group was given Chinese medicine package combined with ginger external application on the basis of the control group.The recovery condition of intestinal function,symptom score,quality of life before and after intervention,satisfaction and clinical effect after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The first exhaust time,the first defecation time and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the experimental group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of bowel sounds,nausea and vomiting and abdominal distension in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function and mental health in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine package combined with ginger external application in patients after hepatobiliary surgery can significantly improve the overall intervention effect and promote the recovery of intestinal function,with higher patient satisfaction and better symptom improvement effect.Therefore,it is worth of promotion and popularization.
