摘要
目的:观察空腹血糖受损(IFG)中年男性的人体成分变化和糖脂代谢特点,探讨心肺耐力与体成分、代谢指标的相关性,为制定和优化IFG人群的干预措施提供参考。方法:回顾性选取2019年10月-2020年10月于福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院健康管理中心体检的IFG男性患者64例作为病例组,以同期体检的健康男性64例作为对照组,比较两组的体成分、代谢和心肺耐力指标,分析心肺耐力与体成分、代谢指标的相关性。结果:病例组的BMI、体脂肪率、脂肪量、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血尿酸水平均显著高于对照组,最大摄氧量和心脏功能能力均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关性分析发现,病例组的最大摄氧量与BMI、体脂肪率、脂肪量、甘油三酯、血尿酸水平均呈显著负相关关系(P<0.05);对照组的最大摄氧量与BMI、体脂肪率、脂肪量亦呈显著负相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:患者在IFG阶段即可出现心肺耐力下降,常合并血脂、血尿酸水平增高,以及脂肪量和体脂肪率增加等身体成分改变,控制体重、降低体脂肪率与心肺耐力的改善密切相关,而改善心肺耐力有利于降低IFG中年男性的血尿酸和甘油三酯水平,从而降低代谢性疾病风险。
Objective:To observe the changes of body composition and the characteristics of glucose and lipid metabolism in middle-aged men with impaired fasting glucose(IFG),and to explore the correlation of cardiorespiratory fitness with body composition and metabolic indicators,so as to provide reference for formulating and optimizing intervention measures for IFG population.Method:A total of 64 male patients with IFG who underwent physical examination in the Health Management Center of the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected retrospectively as the case group and 64 healthy men who underwent physical examination in the same period as the control group.The body composition,metabolic indicators and indicators of cardiorespiratory fitness of the two groups were compared,and the correlation of cardiorespiratory fitness with body composition,metabolic indicators were analyzed.Result:The BMI,body fat rate,fat mass,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood uric acid levels of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the maximum oxygen uptake and cardiac function of the case group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that there were significant negative correlation between maximum oxygen uptake and BMI,body fat rate,fat mass,triglyceride and blood uric level in the case group(P<0.05),and the maximal oxygen uptake in the control group was also negatively correlated with BMI,body fat rate and fat mass(P<0.01).Conclusion:A series of changes can occur in the stage of IFG of patients,including the decrease of cardiorespiratory fitness and the increase of blood lipids and uric acid levels,as well as the changes of body composition such as the increase of fat mass and body fat rate.Controlling body weight and reducing body fat rate are closely related to the improvement of cardiorespiratory fitness.Improving cardiorespiratory fitness is conducive to reducing blood uric acid and triglyceride levels in middle-aged men with IFG,thus reducing the risk of metabolic diseases.
