葛氏腰痛方结合穴位贴敷治疗非特异性腰痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Non-specific Low Back Pain with Geshi Yaotong Recipe Combined with Acupoint Application

目的:探讨葛氏腰痛方结合穴位贴敷治疗非特异性腰痛的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月-2021年12月于福建医科大学附属闽东医院收治120例非特异性腰痛患者,随机方式分为两组,各60例。对照组进行常规治疗,研究组采用葛氏腰痛方结合穴位贴敷进行治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、Barthel指数(BI)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数、VAS评分、腰椎前屈的指地距离(FFD)、Schober试验。结果:治疗1个月后,两组治疗总有效率分别为93.3%(研究组)和73.3%(对照组),研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);入院时,两组的BI指数、ADL评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数、VAS评分、FFD、Schober试验比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,两组的上述指标均优于入院时,研究组上述指标显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用葛氏腰痛方结合穴位贴敷法治疗非特异性腰痛可有效缓解患者临床症状,促进腰椎功能的恢复,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Geshi Yaotong Recipe combined with acupoint application in the treatment of non-specific low back pain.Method:From August 2020 to December 2021,120 patients with non-specific low back pain in Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The research group was treated with Geshi Yaotong Recipe combined with acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,Barthel index(BI),activities of daily living(ADL)score,Oswestry disability index,VAS score,finger and floor distance(FFD)and Schober test between the two groups were compared.Result:After one month of treatment,the overall effective rates of the two groups were 93.3%(research group)and 73.3%(control group),respectively,and the overall effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in BI index,ADL score,Oswestry disability index,VAS score,FFD and Schober test between the two groups on admission(P>0.05).After one month of treatment,the above indexes of the two groups were better than on admission,and the above indexes in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Geshi Yaotong Recipe combined with acupoint application can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of lumbar vertebrae function and improve the quality of life of patients with non-specific low back pain.
