富马酸喹硫平联合双心境稳定剂对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者的影响

Effects of Quetiapine Fumarate Combined with Dual Mood Stabilizer on Patients with Manic Episode of Bipolar Disorder

目的:探讨富马酸喹硫平联合双心境稳定剂对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者躁狂症状的影响。方法:抽取2018年3月-2021年4月江门市第三人民医院收治的100例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者,根据治疗方案分组,观察组及对照组各50例,对照组应用双心境稳定剂,观察组在此基础上联合富马酸喹硫平治疗,对两组治疗结果进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率为96.00%,较对照组82.00%高(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表(BRMS)评分、生活质量评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各时段,观察组BRMS评分、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%,与对照组的6.00%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组威斯康星卡片分类测验、言语记忆测验、持续操作测验评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组上述各评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组炎性因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组IL-1、IL-10、TNF-α水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:富马酸喹硫平联合双心境稳定剂在双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者中应用价值较高,可减轻患者躁狂症状,改善患者认知功能,提高患者生活质量,减轻炎症因子水平,且不会过多增加不良反应,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Quetiapine Fumarate combined with dual mood stabilizer on manic symptoms in patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder.Method:A total of 100 patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder treated in Jiangmen Third People’s Hospital from March 2018 to April 2021 were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment scheme,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dual mood stabilizer.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Quetiapine Fumarate.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Bech-Rafaelsen manic scale(BRMS)score and quality of life score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).At each time after treatment,the BRMS score,quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which had no significant difference compared with 6.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Wisconsin card sorting test,verbal memory test,continuous operation test score scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-1,IL-10 and TNF-αlevels in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quetiapine Fumarate combined with dual mood stabilizer has high application value in patients with manic episode of bipolar disorder.It can reduce manic symptoms,improve cognitive function,improve quality of life,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and will not increase adverse reactions.It is worthy of application.
