术中精准护理对腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者应激反应及并发症的影响

Effect of Intraoperative Precision Nursing on Stress Response and Complications of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Surgery

目的:探讨术中精准护理对腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术患者应激反应、并发症的影响。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年11月德阳市人民医院收治的96例结直肠癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采用常规围术期护理,观察组术中采用精准护理模式,比较两组患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、肾上腺素(AD)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平、生活质量、并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组CRP、AD和NE水平均优于对照组;护理后,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组;观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组;观察组护理总满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术患者术中实施精准护理可降低机体应激反应和并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of intraoperative precision nursing on stress response and complications of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Method:A total of 96 patients with colorectal cancer treated in Deyang People’s Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)by the random number table method.Routine perioperative nursing was used in the control group and precise nursing mode was used in the observation group.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),adrenalin(AD),norepinephrine(NE),quality of life,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the levels of CRP,AD and NE in the observation group were better than those in the control group;after nursing,the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Precise nursing during laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can reduce the incidence of stress response and complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
