摘要
目的:探讨SBAR沟通模式联合有氧运动对乳腺癌患者心理调适、癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的乳腺癌患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组常规护理,研究组SBAR沟通模式联合有氧运动,比较两组心理调适[创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、癌因性疲乏、匹兹堡睡眠质量(PSQI)、生活质量情况。结果:干预后,对照组的PTGI评分和CD-RISC评分均低于研究组(P<0.05),对照组癌因性疲乏评分高于研究组(P<0.05),对照组PSQI评分高于研究组(P<0.05),对照组生活质量低于研究组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者采取SBAR沟通模式联合有氧运动护理效果显著,能改善患者生活质量、心理调适、癌因性疲乏及睡眠质量,应推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the influence of SBAR communication mode combined with aerobic exercise on psychological adjustment,cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality in patients with breast cancer.Method:A total of 76 breast cancer patients of Women’s and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received SBAR communication mode combined with aerobic exercise.Compared the psychological adjustment[post traumatic growth inventory(PTGI),Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],cancer-related fatigue,Pittsburgh sleep quality(PSQI),the quality of life of the two groups.Result:After intervention,the PTGI scores and CD-RISC scores of the control group were lower than those of the study group(P<0.05),the cancer-related fatigue scores of the control group were higher than those of the study group(P<0.05),the PSQI scores of the control group were higher than those of the study group(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores of the control group were lower than those of the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:SBAR communication mode combined with aerobic exercise nursing effect for breast cancer patients is significant,can improve patients’quality of life,psychological adjustment,cancer-related fatigue and sleep quality,which should be promoted and applied.
