摘要
在非圆曲线轴类零件的车削加工中,经常出现抛物线轴类零件。通过分析典型抛物线轴类零件的编程,明确了自动编程和手动编程两种不同编程方法和加工过程。研究表明在零件结构较为简单时,手动编程更加方便;在零件结构复杂时,自动编程是最合适的选择。
In the turning of non-circular curve shaft parts,parabola shaft parts often appear.By analyzing the programming of typical parabolic shaft parts,two different programming methods and machining processes,automatic programming and manual programming are clarified.Research shows that manual programming is more convenient when the part structure is relatively simple,and automatic programming is the most appropriate choice when the part structure is complex.
