摘要
家庭能量管理系统可利用分时电价调控家庭用电设备和储能运行,有效降低家庭用电成本。针对用户不仅有经济性更有可靠性需求这一特点,提出了应对停电期用电的设备控制和储能协调的优化运行模型。考虑停电则需预留储能,提出了储能备用系数,该系数由家庭的基础用电设备功率和停电时长设定,用以改变最低荷电状态。将含储能备用系数的储能荷电状态上下限等作为约束,以家庭用电成本最小为目标,求取各时段可控用电设备和储能充放电状态。算例结果表明,所提模型既可保证在正常供电时降低家庭用电成本,又可在停电时保证用户基本生活用电需求,从而使用户用电兼具可靠性和一定的经济性。
The household energy management system can use the time-of-use price to regulate the operation of household electrical equipment and energy storage,thus effectively reducing the cost of household electricity. In view of the fact that users have the demand of both economy and reliability,an optimal operation model of equipment control and energy storage coordination is proposed,which aims to cope with the power demand in the case of power failure. Considering the need to reserve capacity for energy storage in this case,the coefficient of energy storage reserve is proposed to change the minimum state of charge(SOC),which is set by the power of household basic electrical equipment and the duration of power failure. The factors such as the upper and lower limits of SOC of energy storage which contain the coefficient of energy storage reserve are taken as constraints,the minimum household electricity cost is taken as the objective,and the controllable electrical equipment and the charging and discharging states of energy storage at each time interval are thus obtained. The results of an example show that the proposed model can not only reduce the household electricity cost under normal power supply,but also satisfy the basic domestic electricity demand of users in the case of power failure,thus improving the reliability and economy of power consumption by users.
