从承载力设计值、折减系数、结构构件的工作状态、构造要求、平战两种荷载状态及平战功能转换等六方面,对人防工程结构设计进行了较为详细的论述。
In this pater, the key points in the structrural design of airraid buildings are discussed in detail from several respects, including the overall structural requirements, the load capacity, the safety factors, and the function conversion, etc.
