提升特高压直流送端电网新能源消纳水平措施 被引量:5

摘要 特高压直流是大规模新能源最有前景的送出方式之一,然而,特高压直流闭锁等故障严重影响直流送端电网新能源消纳水平。针对这一问题,首先,研究制约特高压直流送端电网新能源消纳水平的主要因素。其次,以频率稳定和抑制暂态过电压为目标,提出合理配置同步调相机、动态无功补偿装置,以及新能源机组参与电网一次调频等各种措施,提高特高压直流外送电网新能源消纳水平。最后,基于2025年青海电网规划实例,验证所提措施的正确性和有效性。 Ultra high voltage DC(UHVDC)transmission system is one of the most promising ways to send large-scale new energy.However,UHVDC blocking and other faults seriously affect the new energy consumption level of DC sending-end power grid.First,the main factors restricting the new energy consumption level of UHVDC sending-end power grid are studied.Second,aimed at the frequency stability and the suppression of transient overvoltage,various measures such as reasonable configuration of synchronous condenser,emergency control of dynamic reactive power compensation devices including SVC and SVG,and participation of new energy units in primary frequency regulation of power grid are proposed to improve the new energy consumption level of UHVDC sending power grid.Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed measures are verified based on Qinghai power grid in 2025.
