摘要
在精准扶贫向乡村振兴的过渡阶段,农村冗余劳动力是开放教育潜在的广大生源,其特征需要结合相应的区划进行差异化分析。根据全国各区域所具有的独特的冗余度区间和变化趋势,从“学历补偿”、“知识补偿”、学分银行和工作模式等方面探究面向农村冗余劳动力的开放教育框架,对开放大学合理优化配置资源、推动学历与非学历教育融合发展和提升社会效益具有现实意义。
In the transition stage from targeted poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,rural redundant labor force is the potential source of students in open education.Their characteristics need to be analyzed within different divisions.According to the unique redundancy interval and changing trend of each region in the country,exploring the open education framework for rural redundant labor from the aspects of“educational compensation”,“knowledge compensation”,credit bank and work mode has practical significance for rationally optimizing the open university,allocating resources,promoting the integrated development of academic and non-academic education and improving social benefits.
