摘要
翻译本科专业(BTI)成立至今,经历了15年的蓬勃发展,已经初具规模,产生了较大的社会效益,形成了一定的社会影响力。然而,新技术条件下,面对新的就业形势,BTI发展遇到了很多困难,这是由于专业边界不清晰、培养方向不明确、课程设置不合理造成的,BTI人才培养偏离了实践性和职业性导向,本硕博一体化的培养体系也没有有效建立起来。针对河北BTI专业发展的现状,可以采取课程体系、师资队伍和校企联合“三管齐下”的方式解决现实问题,促进BTI健康良性发展。
Since its establishment,Bachelor of Translation and Interpreting program(BTI)has experienced 15 years of vigorous development and has begun to take shape,producing great social benefits and forming a certain social influence.However,under the conditions of new technology and facing the new employment situation,the development of BTI has encountered many difficulties.This is due to unclear professional boundaries,unclear training directions,and unreasonable curriculum settings.BTI talent training deviates from practical and professional orientation,and an integrated training system for undergraduate,master,and doctoral degrees has not been effectively established.In view of the current situation of BTI professional development in Hebei,the“three-pronged”approach of curriculum system,teaching staff and school-enterprise cooperation can be adopted to solve practical problems and promote the healthy and sound development of BTI.
