新时代高校思政教育的改革思路--以航海专业为例

The Reform Ideas of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era--Taking the Navigation Major as an Example

航海专业学生肩负着建设交通强国、海洋强国的重要使命,其特殊性要求人才培养的全面性,不仅要刻苦钻研航海专业知识,更需要具备丰富的思想政治素养。因此,思政教育改革对于航海专业势在必行。推动航海专业思政教育改革是巩固高校意识形态阵地的必然要求,是落实立德树人根本任务的迫切要求,是增强高校大学生“四个自信”的现实要求。当前,忽视“以学生为中心”、教学内容设计不当、部分教师思政意识薄弱等问题,仍旧存在于航海专业思政教育之中。问题是改革的呼声,以树立教学理念、改进教学内容、加强教师队伍建设为改革思路,不断解决存在的问题,推动新时代航海专业思政教育改革。

Navigation major students shoulder the important mission of building a strong transportation and maritime power.Its particularity requires the comprehensive talent training,not only to study navigation professional knowledge,but also need to have rich ideological and political literacy.Therefore,the reform of ideological and political education is imperative for the navigation major.Promoting the reform of ideological and political education in navigation major is an inevitable requirement to consolidate the ideological position of colleges and universities,an urgent requirement to implement the fundamental task of cultivating talents with moral integrity,and a practical requirement to enhance the“four confidences”of college students.At present,the problems such as the neglect of the“student-centered”,the improper design of teaching content,and the weakness of the ideological and political consciousness of some teachers still exist in the ideological and political education.The problem is the call of reform.Setting up the teaching concept,improving the teaching content and strengthening the construction of teachers as the way of reform,thus can constantly solve the existing problems and promote the reform of ideological and political education of navigation major in the new era.
