多维效能分析模式在医疗设备运行质量优化管理中的价值研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究多维效能分析模式在医疗设备运行质量优化管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院临床在用的91台医疗设备,随机将其分为对照组(46台)和观察组(45台),对照组采用定期质量控制管理模式;观察组采用医疗设备使用、质量控制、维护和维修4个维度的多维效能分析管理模式,并制定医疗设备运行效能的16项评估指标,采用K-Means聚类算法对医疗设备效能进行分类,制定设备管理优化措施。对比两组医疗设备多维效能评估及医疗设备运行质量评价的差异性。结果:观察组多维效能评估的使用效能、质量控制效能、维护效能和维修效能评分结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=51.664,t=43.103,t=18.201,t=21.138;P<0.05);观察组医疗设备开机率、功能完好率、维修成本增幅和服务满意度好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.036,t=10.437,t=10.817,t=7.638;P<0.05)。结论:多维效能分析模式能有效提升设备运行质量,提高设备开机率和临床服务满意度,降低设备质量缺陷发生率和维护维修费用。 Objective: To study the application value of multidimensional efficiency analysis mode in medical equipment operation quality optimization management. Methods: 91 sets of medical equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(46 sets) and observation group(45 sets). The control group adopted the regular quality control management mode, and the observation group adopted multidimensional efficiency analysis management mode, 16 evaluation indexes of medical equipment operation efficiency were established from the four dimensions of medical equipment use, quality control, maintenance and repair, K-means clustering algorithm was used to classify medical equipment efficiency, and the optimization measures of equipment management were formulated.The differences of medical equipment multidimensional effectiveness evaluation and operation quality evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results: The results of multidimensional effectiveness evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in terms of utilization effectiveness, quality control effectiveness,maintenance effectiveness and repair effectiveness, the difference was statistically significant(t=51.664, t=43.103,t=18.201, t=21.138, P<0.05), the operating rate, functional completion rate, maintenance cost increase rate and service satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences was statistically significant(t=6.036, t=10.437, t=10.817, t=7.638, P<0.05). Conclusion: The multidimensional performance evaluation mode can effectively improve the operation quality of the equipment, enhance the equipment opening rate and clinical service satisfaction, reduce the incidence of quality defects and maintenance costs.
