摘要
对大型集成组成式造楼平台装备的连接节点构造和计算分析进行了详细介绍,对集成造楼平台的竖向支撑装置、侧向支撑装置及顶部伸缩式连接结构在塔机工作和爬升状态下的承载性能进行计算,采用MIDAS和ABAQUS有限元软件建模进行结构受力分析,提出针对性的设计和加固措施。同时,对相互协同工作的施工工艺进行阐述。这些节点构造为垂直运输塔机与整体钢平台模架装备的一体化提供参考和借鉴,通过整体钢平台模架装备与垂直运输塔机等超高层大型施工机械设备的集成,从而为超高层建造提供了一种同时具备材料垂直运输及混凝土结构施工操作功能的集成造楼平台装备,实现混凝土结构与钢结构协同施工。
The connection node structure and calculation analysis of large-scale integrated building platform equipment were introduced in detail. The bearing performance of the vertical support device, lateral support device and top telescopic connection structure of the integrated building platform under the working and climbing state of the tower crane was calculated, which was established and analyzed by MIDAS and ABAQUS finite element software, and targeted design and reinforcement measures were put forward. At the same time, the construction technology of mutual cooperation work was expounded. The connection structures provide reference for the integration of vertical transport tower crane and integral steel platform formwork equipment. Through the integration of integral steel platform formwork equipment and large construction equipment such as vertical transportation tower crane, the integrated building platform equipment is constructed with the functions of material vertical transportation and concrete structure construction operation for super high-rise construction, which realizes the cooperative construction of concrete structure and steel structure.
